Richard Heacock & Becky Price
Richard plays fiddle for Stanton Harcourt Morris and for the Vale Islanders, who perform the dances from John Playford's "Dancing Master" (1651) throughout the UK & Europe.
Becky played accordion for 6 years with Finality Jack, and has recorded CDs with 2 members of Blowzabella: "Ashburnham" (2001) with Dave Shepherd and "Love and a Bottle" (2005) with Jon Swayne.
Becky has been researching unpublished manuscripts of traditional English dance music in the Vaughan Williams Memorial Library for several years and formed a duo with Richard in order to perform these forgotten melodies once again for dancing.
